From Our Own Stash – Treasures We Nearly Forgot
There’s something special about decluttering, organizing, and suddenly realizing you’re sitting on your very own goldmine.
When we launched Scandinavian Pickers, much of our focus was on looking ahead. We planned sourcing trips, sought out new exciting contacts, and built strategies for what our future inventory would look like. Amidst all this forward-looking enthusiasm, however, we realized we had missed a crucial place to search: our own storage.
In the years before the company was even conceived, we collected, saved, and put away things that we simply fell head over heels for. There have been boxes and cartons moved and stored, filled with hand-picked items just waiting for the right moment to come back into the light.
This week, we decided to properly open up these old stashes. It became a journey through time filled with nostalgia, dusting, and pure shouts of joy when we realized what fantastic vintage gems were actually hidden inside.
22 New Unique Items in the Shop
The result of the excavation? We have just polished, photographed, and uploaded a total of 22 new items to the shop. These range from timeless Scandinavian glass and characterful porcelain to unique interior details that carry their own, unique stories.
Every item we’ve selected possesses that special charm and quality that makes them deserve to be highlighted and appreciated in a new home, instead of being hidden on a dark shelf in storage.

Once we started digging, we quickly realized this is just the tip of the iceberg. Our hidden stashes still hold secrets, and we will continue to methodically go through the boxes in the coming period.
